About the Coach:

Coach Lexie is a former Division I standout who brings a wealth of playing experience and competitive excellence to the coaching staff.

She attended Monmouth University, where she was a four-year member of the Women’s Soccer Team and played a key role in one of the program’s most successful eras. During her collegiate career, Monmouth captured the MAAC Regular Season and Tournament Championships each year from 2016 through 2019. In her senior season, she was named the 2019 MAAC Offensive Player of the Year and earned a spot on the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I All-Atlantic Region Third Team. Palladino was also a two-time First Team All-MAAC selection (2018, 2019), earned Preseason All-MAAC honors in both of those years, and was named to the MAAC All-Championship Team in 2017 and 2018. She finished her college career with 20 goals and 15 assists, totaling 55 points—leading Monmouth to an undefeated record (18-0-0) in games in which she scored.

Before college, she was a four-year varsity starter at Shawnee High School, where she helped lead the Renegades to their first-ever Group 4 State Championship in 2015. That same year, she set a school record with 21 goals as a senior and was named NSCAA All-East Region, NJSCA First Team All-State, SJSCA Midfielder of the Year, All-County Player of the Year, and SJSCA First Team All-South Jersey. She also earned Second Team All-State recognition as a junior and was a four-time All-Conference selection, finishing her high school career with 35 goals and 38 assists.

Palladino’s youth playing career includes being part of the 2015 ECNL U-17 National Championship team and serving three years on the ODP New Jersey State Team, where she helped capture the ODP Region 1 Championship in 2013.

Coach Palladino brings high-level experience, competitive drive, and a passion for player development to every session and is excited to invest in the next generation of athletes.
